- Do I need an account? No. Guest checkout is planned.
- When are files delivered? Immediately after confirmed payment when the store is active.
- How many download attempts are allowed? The current recommendation is three attempts within 48 hours.
- Does the artwork use AI? Products with AI-generated or assisted artwork will say so before purchase.
- Do fan writers retain ownership? Yes, of their original expression.
- Are fan works canon? No. They remain unofficial and non-canon.
